Refund Policy

1. Setup Fees & Onboarding

The initial Setup Fee (if applicable to your plan) creates your account, provisions your server environment, and reserves our team's time for your design sprint.

Warning: 24-Hour Window This fee is fully refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of payment.
Non-Refundable After 24 hours, or once your Kickoff Call has occurred, the Setup Fee is non-refundable.

2. Subscription Fees

Monthly subscription fees are paid in advance. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel your service, your website will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Design Approvals

We offer unlimited revisions during the design phase to ensure your satisfaction. However, once a design is approved and development begins, the labor costs are incurred. Disliking the final developed site after approving the design mockups does not qualify for a refund.

4. Early Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you wish to take your website with you before the 12-month vesting period is complete, you must pay the Buyout Fee as outlined in our Terms of Service.
