Editorial Guidelines

Accuracy, quality, and transparency.

1. Our Core Principles

Every piece of content published by Syntax Care must be fact-checked, accurate, and useful to small business owners. This includes case studies, blog posts, and service guides. We don't publish clickbait or misleading technical claims.

2. Author Expertise and EEAT

Content is written and reviewed by experienced web developers, designers, and SEO specialists. We follow Google's E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) guidelines to ensure our readers receive actionable, safe technical advice.

3. AI and Automation Usage

We use AI tools for research and outlining, but all final published content represents the human expertise of the Syntax Care team. We don't mass-publish unvetted AI-generated articles.

AI in Development and Design

We use AI-assisted coding tools and design generators to accelerate workflows, prototype concepts, and optimize performance. However, all core architectural decisions, security implementations, and final design deliverables are strictly human-led. We don't deliver raw, unreviewed AI output as a finished product to any client.

AI in Content Creation

For our blog and educational materials, AI may be used for ideation, grammar checking, and structuring outlines. We maintain a strict policy against publishing fully AI-generated articles. Every piece of published advice is reviewed by experienced professionals to ensure it meets our technical standards and represents our genuine expertise.

4. Corrections and Updates

Web technologies evolve rapidly. If a previously published guide becomes outdated or inaccurate, we update the material promptly and add a 'Last Updated' timestamp to maintain transparency.
