1. Frais de configuration et intégration
The initial Setup Fee (if applicable to your plan) creates your account, provisions your server environment, and reserves our team's time for your design sprint.
2. Frais d'abonnement
Monthly subscription fees are paid in advance. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel your service, your website will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
3. Approbations de conception
We offer unlimited revisions during the design phase to ensure your satisfaction. However, once a design is approved and development begins, the labor costs are incurred. Disliking the final developed site after approving the design mockups does not qualify for a refund.
4. Annulation anticipée
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you wish to take your website with you before the 12-month vesting period is complete, you must pay the Buyout Fee as outlined in our Terms of Service.
