2 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Web Design
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you're not completely satisfied with your website design project, we'll refund your entire investment within 30 days of project delivery.
2a What's Covered
Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all website design and development projects.
2b How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under our 30-day guarantee, simply send an email to refunds@syntaxcare.dev within 30 days of the final project delivery. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Note: The 30-day period begins from the date we deliver the final project, not from the project start date.
3 Website Care & Maintenance Plans
3a Cancellation & Refunds
For our monthly website care plans:
- First Month Guarantee: A full refund is available if you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of service.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your plan anytime with 30 days written notice. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
- Pro-rated Refunds: If you pre-paid for multiple months, the unused portion of your plan will be refunded.
3b Service Level Guarantee
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for websites under our care plans. In the unlikely event we don't meet this standard, you'll receive a credit equal to one month of your care plan fees.
4 What's Not Covered (Exclusions)
While we aim to be as fair as possible, our refund policy does not cover costs paid to third parties or issues outside our control.
4a Third-Party Costs
These fees are paid directly to other companies and are non-refundable through us:
- Domain name registration
- Web hosting services
- Licenses for third-party plugins or premium software
- Stock photography or other premium assets
4b Other Exclusions
- Projects that were completed and approved more than 30 days ago.
- Issues caused by the client or third parties making changes to the website code after our delivery.
- Delays or dissatisfaction resulting from a client's failure to provide necessary content or feedback in a timely manner.
